Warren Stark, BS, BCE, MBA

Project Assignment: Mr. Stark is responsible for the overall business development.

Experience:  Mr. Stark has over forty years of business management experience.  He spent twenty-four years with GRC, International, a NYSE company recently acquired by AT&T. 

In his capacity as Vice President, he ran a corporate acquisition program and integrated the acquired companies into the parent organization.  He was a Division Director and had oversight of subsidiaries within those divisions.  He developed strategic plans for the company, negotiated contracts with government agencies, managed projects, prepared and was responsible for meeting forecasts and budgets, and served as an internal management consultant solving specific business problems as they occurred.  Mr. Stark became the Director of a losing computer center operation that he converted into a profitable software cost center that he managed.  Three large-scale software products were developed and sold to Fortune 500 companies in the U.S., Canada, and Europe.

Mr. Stark spent five years with DARPA where he created and managed a $100 million multinational research and development program.  He also served as a destroyer division operations officer in the U.S. Navy were he was responsible for, among other things, the wireless communication systems. 

In prior positions, Mr. Stark served as president of a company he started, and as assistant treasurer and production manager for a public corporation in the business of manufacturing lumber and millwork products.  He has written business plans for start-up companies. 

He is currently a member of the Community Advisory Board of Scripps Memorial Hospital.
