Robert Penoyer, BS, MS

Project Assignment: Product Development. Mr. Penoyer is responsible for developing software to demonstrate the coding algorithms that underpin the company's products.

Past Experience:  Mr. Penoyer is an electronics engineer with more than 20 years of experience in system design, circuit design and analysis, digital signal processing, algorithm design, analysis and simulation, technical leadership, and proposal preparation. His professional experience includes electronic engineering assignments with Amerigon, Inc. and NavCom Defense Electronics, Inc. Mr. Penoyer successfully completed the software design for Phase I of the government funded Robert Gold Associates SBIR Program. His proficiency in computer languages includes C/C++ for PCs and embedded systems and assemblers for Texas Instruments’ C25 and C30 DSP processors.  

He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

Education: He received his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, and his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (summa cum laude) from West Coast University.
